What is the date of collection?

Opting for direct debit guarantees that your bills will always be paid on time.

• Each month, we take payments around the 22nd or 23rd.
• Sometimes the initial direct debit may not go through, but in this case, don't worry! We always make a second attempt between the 3rd and 5th of the following month.
