I am encountering an error message on my TV+ 

Encountering an error message on your TV+ can be frustrating, but there’s no need to worry! There are simple steps you can take to diagnose and resolve the issue.

An error message may appear on your TV+ indicating that there is no signal. This message often appears because you are using the wrong source on your television. For example, you may be using HDMI source 2 when you need to be using HDMI source 1 to receive the signal. This will enable your television to receive the signal.

If, despite selecting the correct source, you are still receiving error messages relating to the signal, it is crucial to check the stability of your internet connection. As your TV+ depends on internet access, it is essential that this connection is working properly. If you do not have an Eltrona Internet subscription, we recommend that you contact your operator to confirm that your connection is working properly. However, if you are an Eltrona customer for your Internet access, please check the stability of your connection. To do so, simply follow the instructions provided on our FAQ page dedicated to this check.
