What happens if I end my contract early?

We’re always disappointed to see a customer leave us, but we’ll do our best to support you in this decision. You may have a number of questions and concerns about ending your contract early.

Eltrona’s new offers no longer include a commitment period. They are easy to understand and they allow you to leave whenever you feel like it! What could be simpler?

If you have a contract with a defined commitment period, the following conditions apply:

Some customers may still be on old contracts with a 24-month commitment period. If you want to cancel one of these older contracts, you need to make sure that the commitment period has ended. If this is the case, there are no cancellation fees.

However, if the commitment period has not yet ended and you still wish to end your contract, you will have to pay a certain fee, depending on the benefits provided by your contract. For example, let’s say you took advantage of an offer that gave you a 20 euro monthly discount on your subscription. If you cancel after 12 months, you will still have to pay 240 euros.

PLEASE NOTE

Please remember that if you end your contract, you will have to return any equipment we have loaned you. If you fail to do so, we will invoice you for the value of any equipment that has not been returned. This could end up being quite expensive.
