What should I do if my SIM card is blocked?
SIM cards can sometimes get blocked for a variety of reasons. We fully understand how frustrating and inconvenient this can be for you. So don’t worry! We’ll help you find your way through this tricky situation. Here are the steps you need to take to resolve this problem and quickly regain access to your mobile network.

When you enter an incorrect PIN code. Your SIM card will be automatically blocked after 3 incorrect attempts at entering your PIN code. This is a security measure intended to avoid any unauthorised use of your phone. So, what can you do if your SIM card has been blocked?
To unlock your SIM card, you need to enter a special security code known as a PUK code. You should have been provided with this code when you first received your SIM card.
If you do not have your PUK code and your SIM card is still blocked, please contact our Customer Services team! Our staff are there to help you whatever problem you may face. Don’t forget that contract holders can request the recovery of their PUK code. If you are not the contract holder, unfortunately our staff will be unable to send you the information you need to unblock your SIM card.
Once your SIM card has been unlocked, you can create a new PIN code. Don’t forget to confirm this new PIN code.
PLEASE NOTE
If you fail to enter the PUK code correctly after 10 attempts, your SIM card will be permanently blocked. You will need to buy a new SIM card.
