How do I synchronise my remote control with my Eltrona box?
We’ll take you through all the steps you need to synchronise your remote control with your Eltrona box!
If the light on your remote control does not flash, follow these steps:
- First check the remote control battery.
- If the battery is fine but the remote control light is still not flashing, we recommend removing the battery completely.
- Then wait 15 minutes before returning the battery to its original position!
- Then wait 15 minutes before returning the battery to its original position!
Your remote control light is flashing but you can’t use it on your Eltrona box. Here are the steps to follow:
- Press keys 7 and 9 simultaneously for 3 seconds, then release.
- Then press key 2 once.
- If these first two steps failed to synchronise your remote control, we recommend that you press the red and blue buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds, then release.
- Then press key 9 four times. You have now rebooted your remote control.
