How do I synchronise my remote control with my Eltrona box?

Here we share all the steps you need to easily synchronise your remote control with your Eltrona box!

If the light on your remote control is not flashing, follow these steps:

1. We recommend that you first check the battery in your remote control.
2. If your battery is fine but the remote control is not flashing, we recommend removing the battery completely.
3. Then wait 15 minutes before putting the battery back in its original location!
4. If it still does not work, your remote control needs to be replaced!

If your remote control is flashing but you are unable to use it with your Eltrona box, follow these steps:

1. Press the 7 and 9 keys simultaneously for 3 seconds, then release.
2. Then press the 2 key once.
3. If these first two steps are not sufficient to synchronise your remote control, we recommend pressing the red and blue buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds and then releasing them.
4. Then press the 9 key four times. You have now completely restarted your remote control.
