How can I receive my bill by e-mail?
We attach great importance to flexibility and convenience for all customers who sign up to our services. That’s why we offer you the choice of receiving your bills by post or by e-mail. This gives you the option of working in a way that best suits your needs. However, we understand that your preferences may change over time. You may have initially opted to receive your bills by post, but are now wondering how you can receive them by e-mail each month.
- For recent contracts, we prefer to send bills electronically, for speed and simplicity. Please note that bills sent by post will incur an additional charge of €2.50 per month.
- If you’d like to switch to electronic billing, it’s easy! Simply contact our Customer Services team by e-mail or telephone. Our staff will be happy to make the switch for you!
