At Eltrona, we are constantly seeking to improve our services to better meet the needs of our customers. What better way to do this than to involve them in our projects before launching them? That is exactly what we did on Tuesday 28 May. We had the pleasure of organising a round table discussion with several of our loyal customers, together with our partners Cap4Lab and Intrépide Studio. This session was an opportunity to preview the mock-ups of our future customer interface, designed to transform the experience of all our customers!
With this new interface, our primary goal is to provide a comprehensive and intuitive overview of the services available to our customers. The discussions were particularly enriching for us and will undoubtedly enable us to better meet our customers’ needs! This was the first event of its kind, and we were delighted to receive your valuable feedback and opinions. Your suggestions have inspired us and, above all, shown us how essential it is to build our future solutions with you.
