Sales Advisor

As part of our business development and to strengthen our shops, we are recruiting a sales advisor for immediate employment.

As a sales advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Proposing and selling B2C offers tailored to customer demand, needs and usage (customer reception, understanding customer needs, finding suitable solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, etc.);
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to quality (handling customer requests, ensuring quality of service, building customer loyalty, etc.);
• Participating in non-sales activities in the shop (ensuring the smooth running of the shop, taking inventory, handling after-sales service requests, applying shop management rules, etc.);
• Contribute to the shop’s performance (achieving objectives, identifying and dealing with malfunctions, contributing to continuous improvement, etc.).

• You are friendly, presentable with impeccable attire, cheerful, and articulate;
• You have good organisational skills;
• You are a good listener and are able to actively listen to customers and develop strong, tailored sales pitches.
• You enjoy working in a team.
• You are flexible and adaptable.
• You have knowledge of high-speed Internet networks and customer connection equipment (modems, boxes, etc.).
• You have knowledge of smartphones and different operating systems;
• You are proficient in sales and negotiation techniques.
• You are fluent in French and Luxembourgish. Any other languages will be considered an asset;
• You have a secondary school diploma, commercial or technical-commercial training, CAP, Brevet or Bac Pro;
• You have initial experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
