How do I change my Internet subscription?

It is very easy to switch your operator and internet subscription to become an Eltrona customer!

First and foremost, it is important to know whether you are still under contract. You can check this directly on your contract or by contacting your current operator. If your contract period has expired, you can terminate your contract at any time. Usually, the contract period is 24 months, but in theory, customers are free to cancel their subscription at any time. If you are still under contract and have benefited from a financial advantage (e.g. a discount for 3 or 6 months), your operator may ask you to repay this advantage.

Once your contract with your current operator has been terminated, Eltrona will take care of the rest! We will do everything necessary to ensure that your contract with Eltrona is activated on the day your old contract ends. This means you will not lose any connection time. Everything will be in place to guarantee you the best possible transition.
