How can I find out the term of my contract?

To find out how long you are committed to your contract, it’s simple:

• If you have a new contract with Eltrona, there is no longer a commitment period. You are free to leave whenever you wish.
• If you have an old Eltrona contract that had a commitment period, you can easily find out how long your commitment period is. Start by looking at your contract or invoice to find the date your contract began. Then, simply count 24 months from the start date of your contract to find out when it ends.
