Online dispute resolution
We would like to inform you of the existence of the “Online Dispute Resolution” platform set up by the European Commission.
If, in the event of a dispute with Eltrona Interdiffusion S.A., you have not found satisfaction, a request for out-of-court dispute resolution can be submitted via http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
When submitting your complaint on http://ec.europa.eu/odr, you must indicate [email protected] as our contact address.
(PLEASE NOTE: It is not possible to use the address [email protected] to contact Eltrona Interdiffusion S.A. directly. To contact Eltrona Interdiffusion S.A. directly, please use the address [email protected] exclusively.)
The Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is provided by the European Commission to enable consumers and traders in the European Union, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein to resolve disputes relating to the online purchase of goods and services without going to court.
The RLL platform is not affiliated with any professional. You can use it to submit your complaint to an accredited dispute resolution body.
A dispute resolution body is an impartial organisation or person that helps consumers and professionals resolve disputes without going to court. Out-of-court procedures are generally faster and less expensive than court proceedings.
The ODR platform is easy to use and guides users through each step of the dispute resolution process. It provides translations in all EU languages and sets deadlines for resolving disputes.
