What should I do if there is interference on my TV?

First and foremost, you need to know that your TV+ works over the Internet. If you experience interference or breaks in broadcast, make sure your Internet connection is powerful and efficient enough to handle the amount of data that is being sent to your Eltrona box. For the best possible experience and enjoyment of your TV+, you will need a connection speed of over 15 Mbps!
Your connection speed should be perfectly fast enough if you are with Eltrona for your Internet connection, but sometimes your connection might not be operating at full power. If you still see no improvement, please contact our Customer Services team. They will examine your issue and it may be necessary to send out an engineer to your home to resolve your connection problem. If you are with another Internet Service Provider, we recommend that you contact them to find out more about your connection and any problems you may be experiencing.
