What is the direct debit payment date?

Opting for direct debit guarantees that your bills will always be paid on time.

• We take our direct debit payments around the 22nd or 23rd of each month.
• The first time you try to make a payment via direct debit, it may not be successful, but don’t worry! We always make a second attempt between the 3rd and 5th of the following month.
