My 4G connection doesn’t work

- Of course, you will need a 4G-compatible device to benefit from the advantages we offer. Some older devices are limited to a 3G connection, in which case your 4G connection won’t work.

Note that some regions or areas are simply not covered by mobile Internet networks. The “E” symbol or a lack of signal in a specific area may be caused by the absence of network coverage. 4G should return as you move around.
If the problem persists, please check that your payments are up to date. You may have been disconnected due to non-payment of bills. If this is the case, please rectify the situation as soon as possible and contact us to reactivate your mobile plan.
