Moving my equipment during my move

Moving your equipment properly during your move is an essential part of ensuring a smooth transition to your new home. Imagine being able to regain your connectivity from day one in your new home. With Eltrona, you can do it! We want to make your move as easy as possible.
When you move house, you can move your TV+ equipment yourself, which is usually no big deal. If you need help or advice, you can of course contact our Customer Services team. We can help you remotely, and our team will be happy to assist you. We can also send out an engineer who will help you with your installation. Please note that additional charges may apply for this service. Our Customer Services team can also clarify this for you.
If you have an Internet contract with Eltrona, one of our engineers will be sent to your home. They will set up your connection and check that it works properly. Please take time out to read through our FAQ page, which explains how to transfer your Internet connection to your new address.
