Want to use your TV+ app but don’t know where to start? Eltrona TV+ brings your programmes to your television and all your other screens thanks to the TV+ app! Now you can take your favourite content with you wherever you go. Whether you’re passionate about captivating series and films or simply looking for an entertaining experience, our app is designed to meet your needs.
To use our Eltrona TV+ app, you must first go to your app store (Apple or Google) to download it. Next, you will need your login details:
We want to make your life as easy as possible. That’s why your username is your email address as registered with Eltrona and your password is your contract number. If you do not have this information, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] or by telephone on +352 499 466 888.
But that’s not all—we also offer another solution. Go to the TV interface on your television, in the TV+ tab! You will find a QR code that allows you to synchronise your box directly with your smartphone. You will not need to enter any login details.

The Eltrona TV+ application is only available to customers who have a TV+subscription.
