How much does it cost to reactivate a service?
You may wish to reactivate a service after being cut-off due to non-payment or late payment. If so, you’re probably wondering how much it costs to reactivate a service. Here’s all the information you need about our conditions, costs and the steps you need to take to restore your services.
We will stop your services at the end of our reminder procedure in the event of non-payment. To find out more about reminder procedures in the event of late payment, please consult our FAQ page on this topic.
We require full payment and confirmation of payment in order to reactivate your services. This means that we need to see that payment has been made in our accounts before your services can be reactivated. Once these conditions have been met, we will reactivate your services at no extra charge.
