How do I use my mobile phone abroad?
When travelling abroad, using your mobile phone can raise certain questions, particularly regarding connectivity and available data. We will explain in detail how to use your mobile phone correctly abroad. Follow all our tips for a smooth and hassle-free mobile experience, wherever you are.

- In most of our mobile plans, all data included in the plans is available in Europe. The European countries where data is active are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Martinique, Monaco, New Caledonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Saint Martin, Sweden, United Kingdom.
- Once you leave European territory, your usage is no longer included in your package. You will then be charged per unit for what you use. We recommend that you disable your 4G connection when travelling abroad. That way, you won't have any nasty surprises on your bills when you return!
GiGA tips
When you leave the aforementioned European countries, don't hesitate to purchase a SIM card from the country you are visiting. This will allow you to enjoy the various features of your phone with a limited amount that entitles you to a certain amount of usage during your stay. You can also connect to various local WiFi networks, which are often accessible free of charge, in order to use your phone abroad. This is a more economical solution that may well meet your needs!
