How do I know how long my contract will last?
It is very important that you should be aware of the length of your contract. Whether you’re about to take out a new subscription or simply looking for information about your current contract, we can provide you with the answers you need.
It’s easy to find out how long you are committed to your contract:
- If you have a new contract with Eltrona, there is no commitment period. You are free to leave whenever you like.
- If you have an old Eltrona contract that had a commitment period, you can easily find out the length of this commitment period. Start by looking on your contract or on a bill for the date when your contract started. Then simply count 24 months from the contract start date to find out when your contract ends.
