It’s easy to change your service provider and broadband deal to become an Eltrona customer!

1)	How do I change my Internet Service Provider?

First things first, it’s important to know whether you’re still under contract. To do this, check your contract details or get in touch with your current service provider. You can cancel your contract at any time once it has expired. Contracts usually run for 24 months, but in theory customers are free to halt their subscription at any time. If you are still under a contract that included some form of financial benefit (e.g. a discount for 3 or 6 months), your operator may ask you to reimburse this amount.

Once your contract with your current service provider has been terminated, Eltrona will take care of the rest! We make sure your Eltrona contract is activated on the day your old contract expires. This means no Internet downtime. We will do everything to ensure your switchover runs as smoothly as possible.

Eltrona also offers free installation with its Internet packages. One of our engineers will come round to install the equipment and carry out tests to make sure you get the best speeds in every room.
