Back to Normal – Service Fully Restored

Thanks to the rapid mobilization of our technical teams in collaboration with Creos teams, repairs have been successfully completed.
The service has now been fully restored and is operating normally.

Yesterday’s incident, caused by a fire outbreak in a Creos conduit that damaged our adjacent infrastructure, temporarily impacted the fiber service in the Grevenmacher / Remich areas, including Moutfort and the Syren business zone.

We apologize and thank you for your patience and understanding.
