Eltrona, the historic Luxembourgish cable TV provider, is, after a full takeover by the Belgian cable Co Telenet, a wholly owned Liberty Global subsidiary, on a turnaround journey. Eltrona, operates a hybrid fibre – coax network that can provide more than 80 % of the Luxembourgish households and enterprises with very high-speed broadband. It is the company’s mission to evolve to the reference alternative Internet provider, doubling market share in mid-term, and transforming to become a highly performant telecom operation.
In this context we are looking for a driven Marketing Product Owner to lead our Digital and Customer Value Proposition activities, and to support the growth of our brand and our customer base.
Your key responsibilities
You will be at the heart of Eltrona’s Digital and Customer Value Proposition strategy and execution, playing a key role in developing our lead generation capabilities, our digital presence, and, most importantly, our sales performance. Your key responsibilities include:
- Think, build, and run of (segmented) Customer Value Propositions
- Design relevant, innovative, and engaging feature driven Customer Value Propositions
- Define and implement the Proposition roadmap, involving all stakeholders
- Manage pricing and promotional budgets in close collaboration with the finance team
- Define and implement attractive pricing offers and promotions
- Design the associated customer journeys for optimal experience
- Contribute to the go-to-market of the Propositions to unlock maximum return
- Anticipate technology evolutions to shape the Propositions of the future
- Monitor the market and competition through strategic studies and analyses
- Think, build, and run of Digital Journeys, Platforms and Business
- Manage and optimize our digital interfaces in collaboration with our digital agency
- Manage the digital sales and care journeys with the agency and IT teams
- Continuously improve digital sales and care journeys to maximize performance
- Develop and execute a digital marketing plan set for maximal result
- Lead and grow digital practices and digital maturity across the teams
- Lead and grow data driven marketing practices and maturity with the IT team
Your main competencies
You are a driven and enthusiast Marketing professional, thriving in a high-paced environment where ownership and collaboration are essential values, and have an outspoken drive to achieve results. Your main competencies include:
- Postgraduate studies in marketing, communications, or business administration
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing role in a high paced industry
- Experience in the telecoms or services industry is an asset
- Creative mindset and customer and solution orientation
- Outspoken drive for achieving results and performance
- Ability to unite, create meaning, and gain team buy-in on cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Rigor and organizational skills, particularly for budget and project management
- Ability to be relevant in both small and large organizations
- Stress-resistant and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, any other language is an asset
