How do I use the Webapp?
Our webapp lets you watch TV anywhere, anytime, on PC or MAC. You can access all TV+ features from your browser, without needing to download an application.
First of all, it’s important to note that you need to be a TV+ subscriber and have the new box to use our webapp. If you don’t have your new box yet, go to one of our shops and exchange your old equipment for free!
Here are the steps for using the webapp:
- Access the webapp: we look forward to seeing you on Eltrona TV+.
- Log in: use the same login details as for your TV+ application. Enter your email address and, for the password, use your contract number.
- Take advantage of all the features: watch all the channels live, pause your programmes, use replay to watch your programmes again, record your favourite content…
