What should I do if there is interference on my television?

Interference on your television can disrupt your viewing experience. We would like to provide you with all the advice you need to restore optimal viewing quality!

First and foremost, you should know that your TV+ works via the Internet. If you experience interference or interruptions, you need to ensure that your Internet connection is powerful and efficient enough to handle the image stream sent to your Eltrona box. In fact, to enjoy optimal broadcasting and get the most out of your TV+, you absolutely must have a connection speed of over 15 Mbit/s!

If you have chosen Eltrona for your Internet connection, your speed should be sufficient, but this does not prevent your connection from not working at full capacity. We invite you to consult our leaflet on optimising your WiFi connection at home, where you will find valuable advice that could improve your connection.

If you still do not see any improvement, we advise you to contact our customer service department. Our team will analyse your situation and, if necessary, send a technician to your home to resolve your connection issues. If you have chosen another operator for your Internet connection, we recommend that you contact them to find out more about your Internet connection and any issues you may be experiencing.
