What should I do if my SIM card is blocked?
Situations such as your SIM card being blocked can occur. We fully understand that this can be frustrating and inconvenient for you. So don’t worry! We will help you navigate through this tricky situation. Below are the steps you need to take to overcome this problem and quickly regain access to your mobile network.

When you enter an incorrect PIN code. After 3 attempts, your SIM card will automatically lock. This is a security measure to prevent fraudulent use. So, what can you do if your SIM card is locked?
To unlock your SIM card, you must enter a security code called the PUK code. This code was usually provided to you when you received your SIM card.
If you have not kept your PUK code and your SIM card is still blocked, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team! Our team is here to help you with these situations, which are far from pleasant to deal with. Please note that only the contract holder can request their PUK code. If you are not the contract holder, our team will unfortunately be unable to provide you with the information you need to unblock your SIM card.
Once your SIM card has been unlocked, you can enter a new PIN code. Remember that you must confirm this new PIN code.
WARNING!
If you enter the PUK code incorrectly 10 times, your SIM card will be permanently blocked and you will need to obtain a new SIM card.
