We refer to out-of-plan charges when you exceed the limits included in your mobile plan. Let us illustrate to explain! You decide to use 120 minutes of calls when your plan only includes 100 minutes. The out-of-plan charge then represents the cost of the 20 additional minutes. You must pay an additional cost because they are not included in your plan.
In addition to exceeding the minutes or data included in your plan, you may also be charged additional fees if you travel to another rate zone. Calling from the United States can generate significant additional charges.
