What happens if I terminate my contract early?
We are always disappointed to see a customer leave, but we will support you as best we can in this decision. Early termination of your contract may raise legitimate questions and concerns.
At Eltrona, our new offers no longer include a commitment period. They are simple and, above all, they allow you to leave at any time as soon as you feel like it! It’s simple, isn’t it?
If you have a contract with a fixed term, the following conditions apply:
- Some customers still have old contracts that included a 24-month commitment period. If you wish to terminate an old contract, you must ensure that the commitment period has expired. If this is the case, there will be no charge for termination.
- However, if the commitment period has not ended and you still wish to terminate your contract, you will have to pay back a certain amount depending on the benefits you have received through your contract. For example, let's say you took advantage of an offer that gave you a £20 discount per month on your subscription. If you terminate after 12 months, you will still have £240 to pay.

Please remember that in the event of termination, you must also return any equipment we have loaned to you. Failure to do so will result in us charging you for the value of the unreturned equipment, which can be a significant amount.
