My 4G connection is not working
Experiencing issues with your 4G connection can be frustrating, and we completely understand. Nowadays, we often depend on this technology to stay connected at all times. So what should you do if your 4G connection isn’t working as expected? From checking your device settings to troubleshooting network coverage issues, we’ll guide you through the solutions to fix this problem. Just follow our advice!

- Firstly, remember to check your connection settings for your mobile data and 4G. Please refer to our FAQ page dedicated to this topic.
- You must, of course, have a device compatible with 4G technology in order to use it. Some older devices are limited to a 3G connection, in which case your 4G connection will not work.
Good to know
Please note that some regions or areas are simply not covered by the mobile internet network. The "E" signal or lack of signal in a specific area may be caused by a lack of network coverage. As you move around, the 4G network should return.
If the problem persists, we advise you to check that your payments are up to date. It may be that your connection has been cut off due to an outstanding payment on your part. If this is the case, we invite you to rectify the situation as soon as possible and contact us again to reactivate your mobile plan.
If, after checking these various points, your connection still does not work, please contact our customer service department.
