When you move house, you can move your TV+ equipment yourself, which usually does not cause any complications. If you need help or advice, you can of course contact our customer service team. We can help you remotely and our team will be happy to assist you in the best way possible. We can also send a technician to help you install everything. Please note that additional charges may apply. Our customer service team can also provide you with more information on this.

If you have an Internet contract with Eltrona, one of our technicians will be sent to your home. They will install your connection and check that it is working. We therefore invite you to consult our FAQ page, which explains how to transfer your Internet connection to your new address.
