How to use the web app?

Our web app allows you to watch television anywhere, anytime, whether on a PC or Mac. You can access all TV+ features from your browser, without needing to download an application.

Firstly, it is important to note that in order to use our web app, you must be subscribed to TV+ and have the new box. If you have not yet collected your new box, visit one of our shops to exchange your old equipment for free!

Here are the steps to use the web app:

1. Access the web app: we look forward to seeing you on Eltrona TV+.
2. Log in: use the same credentials you use to access your TV+ application. Enter your email address and use your contract number as your password.
3. Enjoy the features: watch all channels live, pause your programmes, use replay to watch your programmes again, record your favourite content, and more.

Whether you are at home, in the office, or on the move, you can now enjoy TV+ on your computer, with the same rich and comprehensive experience as on your mobile application.
