When you sign up for a contract, we place great importance on flexibility and convenience for our customers. That’s why we offer you the choice of receiving your bills by post or by email. This option is designed to offer you a method that suits your preferences. However, we understand that your preferences may change over time. You may have initially opted to receive your bills by post, but now you are wondering how to receive your monthly bill by email.

• For recent contracts, we prefer to send invoices electronically for reasons of speed and simplicity. Please note that sending invoices by post incurs an additional charge of €2.50 per month.
• If you would like to switch to electronic billing, it's very simple! Just contact our customer service team by email or telephone. Our team will take care of the change for you!
