HR & Learning Specialist

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Learning & Development :

  • Define the annual training strategy
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the training plan
  • Manage and optimize the available training budget
  • Register employees for external training programs
  • Promote and develop internal training initiatives
  • Organize internal and external training sessions
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory training and certifications
  • Manage attendance sheets
  • Oversee the INFPC file and its follow-up
  • Update and maintain skills tracking
  • Process individual training requests
  • Collect and analyze annual evaluation results
  • Propose tailored development and career plans

Payroll :

  • Manage incoming HR mail
  • Act as the main point of contact with the fiduciary
  • Declare employee hires and departures
  • Collect monthly payroll variables
  • Enter variable payroll elements
  • Review salary slips prior to validation
  • Order and monitor meal vouchers
  • Produce reliable and relevant HR reporting
  • Manage leave carryovers and annual closing
  • Oversee employee offboarding
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding payroll matters

HR :

  • Process incoming HR tickets
  • Handle general requests in collaboration with the HR team:
    • Facilities, vehicle fleet, miscellaneous requests
  • Actively participate in organizing employee events
  • Contribute to various cross-functional HR projects

Key Skill

  • Higher education degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good command of English Strong knowledge of labor law and legal obligations
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Strict respect for data confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and administrative rigor
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
