Eltrona’s services are intended for private use and are subject to the general and specific terms and conditions. All prices include VAT. Subscribe to the Internet offer

GiGA Friday offer

The monthly fee of €39 includes Internet access at speeds of up to 1 Gbit/s and modem rental, instead of €49. The offer is non-binding and available until 7 December 2025 inclusive.

A one-time activation fee of €55 is charged for new Internet customers. Existing customers who already have a connection and wish to switch to GiGA Internet, or those who are moving house, are not affected by this activation fee.

Unlimited download volume:

The user has the right to use the Internet services without restriction. However, they are required to use the services appropriately and responsibly (not excessively). Abnormal or excessive use may be defined as such if the monthly volume exceeds 10,000 GB. In the event of non-compliance with these conditions by the user, we reserve the right to send a warning by any means (post, email, text message, etc.) asking the customer to limit their consumption. If the customer does not take this warning into account, we reserve the right to suspend or limit that customer’s access until the end of the current billing period.

Download and upload speeds:

Download and upload speeds are influenced by various factors, including your computer setup, internal cabling and the presence of a router. The speeds advertised are based on cable connections on the Eltrona network. When connecting via WiFi, the speeds obtained are likely to be lower.

Installation

We offer two options depending on whether you are a new or existing customer:

Installation by a technician: when installation requires a visit from a technician, we undertake to arrange an installation appointment within seven working days of your contract being confirmed.

OR

Do-it-yourself installation: if you choose this option, you install your Eltrona box yourself. In this case, your Eltrona box will be delivered to you in a shop or by post within one working day of your contract being confirmed.

TV+

Subscribe to the Internet + TV package

TV+ offers

The TV+ offer is automatically linked to GiGA Internet. For £29 per month, it includes access to over 100 channels as well as features such as recording, pause and replay. The offer is non-binding.

Service content:

The service offer is subject to change. The number, nature and channel of the programmes distributed may be modified by the operator at any time, depending on the choice of publishers or broadcasters and the agreements concluded with them. The Operator cannot be held liable for any changes to this offer or its content.

HD/4K:

Works with HD Ready, Full HD or 4K televisions with HDMI connectivity.

Packages:

The SKY Cinema, SKY Sport & SKY Fussball Bundesliga packages also require a subscription to SKY Entertainment. For SKY packages, the contract runs from the date of signature for the current month (pro rata) and the following 12 months (monthly billing).

Number of boxes:

The customer can obtain a maximum of 4 Eltrona boxes per contract. If the customer has several televisions and wishes to have TV on each device, they will need one Eltrona box per television. Other solutions are also possible using alternative equipment such as Apple TV, Android box, etc.

Availability:

The new TV+ service is available on all devices (TV, Android, iOS and PC). Watch TV simultaneously on 4 screens. If the customer has several Eltrona boxes and televisions at the same address, all the channels and features included in their package are available on all Eltrona boxes and televisions. The customer can also access this content via the Eltrona TV+ app.

If the customer chooses one or more options (e.g. Premium), the channels are available on the Eltrona box but also on the app, except for SKY options. SKY options will be available on 1 Eltrona box and only SKY SPORT & SKY FUSSBALL – BUNDESLIGA options will be available on the app.

VOD:

VODs are available in the original language (mainly English), German and French. Once rented, VODs are available for 48 hours (except for adult content, which is available for 6 hours).

Access:

The Eltrona box works on all Internet networks in Luxembourg.

The Eltrona TV+ app can be used in the following countries via Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G networks: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus (except the Turkish part and the UN neutral zone), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including the French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Réunion, Martinique, Mayotte and the French part of Saint Martin), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including the Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Estonia, Finland, France (including French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Réunion, Martinique, Mayotte and the French part of Saint Martin), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (including Madeira and the Azores), the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia and Sweden.

Mobile

Mobile Offer

The mobile offer is automatically linked to GiGA Internet. Until 7 December 2025 inclusive, the mobile plan including 5,500 units (calls or text messages) and 55 GB of data is offered free of charge. The offer is non-binding.

The user is entitled to use mobile services with usage limits based on the plan specifications. To guarantee network availability and quality, plans are subject to a fair use policy. Find all our roaming and out-of-plan rates here. Eltrona Mobile plans operate on the POST 4G network.

Eltrona is not responsible for the costs of premium SMS services. You can unsubscribe from premium SMS services at https://stopsms.lu/.

Options available without commitment for mobile

  • 30 minutes of calls from Luxembourg to Europe for €5 (billed according to your subscription: one-off or monthly)
  • 100 SMS messages from Luxembourg to Europe for €5 (billed according to your subscription: one-off or monthly)
  • 1GB of data in Europe (Luxembourg or Europe) for €5 (billed according to your subscription: one-off or monthly)
  • 5GB of data in Europe (Luxembourg or Europe) for €9 (billed according to your subscription: one-off or monthly)

Options can be added to your monthly (recurring) subscription when you sign up. Visit a store or call customer service to activate one-off options or to upgrade your existing Eltrona Mobile plan. Options are not available for MOBILE BASIC plans.

Téléphonie fixe

It is possible to activate a landline in addition to the GiGA Internet subscription for a fee of €4 per month. This allows users to make and receive calls on their landline to and from mobile and landline numbers at the rates described in Eltrona’s price list. The offer also includes various options allowing users to have packages for national or international calls.

Unlimited calls to landlines in Luxembourg option (€5/month):

The user is entitled to unlimited landline-to-landline calls within Luxembourg (national). Unusual or excessive usage may be considered as such if monthly consumption exceeds 80 hours of calls. In the event of non-compliance by the user, the Operator may send a warning by any means (post, email, text message, etc.) asking the Customer to limit their consumption. If the Customer ignores this warning, the Operator reserves the right to suspend or limit the Customer’s access until the end of the current billing period.

Option for Europe (€5/month):

This option allows calls to be made to landlines (excluding special numbers) in the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, French West Indies, Gibraltar, Greece, Guyana, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Réunion, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
This option includes a maximum of 120 minutes per month. Beyond that, you will be charged at the international call rate. Unused minutes cannot be carried over to the following month. Offer valid for personal use and for traffic originating from a single number.

Option for Portugal (€5/month):

This option allows you to call landlines (except special numbers) in Portugal. This option includes a maximum of 200 minutes per month. Beyond that, you will be charged at the international call rate. Unused minutes cannot be carried over to the following month. Offer valid for personal use and for traffic originating from a single number.

Pay for what you use

This offer allows you to call and receive calls on your landline to and from mobile and landline numbers at the rate described in Eltrona’s price list. Offer valid for personal use and for traffic originating from a single number.
